u/s 80 tta

In period 01.04.12 to 31.03.13 i have received below interest amount

bank int RS 2000/-
Bank FD Int RS 3000/-
Bank RS Int RS 1500/-
Int on IT Refund RS 947/-

Kindly advise how much amount i can claim u/s 80tta

27 July 2013 80TTA is for savings bank account interest only. Deduction is actual s.b interest amount or Rs.10,000 whichever is less.

28 July 2013 Eligible under section 80TTA is Rs.3500

You need to show income from other sources in interest coloumn for Rs.7447 and can claim exemption under section 80TTA for Rs.3500
