28 August 2013 GREETINGS TO EVERY BODY,

I WISH TO ASK ABOUT DURING THE PROCESS OF TAX AUDIT REPORT UPLOADING BY CA WE HAVE GIVEN THE OPTION OF UPLOADING THE RESPECTIVE ATTACHMENTS IN PDF FORMAT (i,e. P&L AND BS ...) WHICH SUPPORTS TO FORM 3CB OR 3CD SO, DO WE NEED TO TAKE RESPECTIVE CA SIGN IN PDF ATTACHMENT ? KINDLY SUGGEST ME.

28 August 2013 sir, i understood the whole process but there is a small doubt is whether a pdf attachment(like p&l ,Bs) which we would upload are need to be duly endorsed/signed by CA putting firm seal?

28 August 2013 The P&L account and balance sheet has to be signed by the auditee and the auditor. Then sacn the same and save in pdf format. This scanned copy has to be attached and uploaded.
