27 November 2008 whether total turnover taken in to consideration for the purpose of sec 44 AB is to be taken inclusive of all the taxes or exclusive?

Eg. Gross sale inclusive of exise duty 45lac and net sales (ie. exclusive of exise duty= 39 lac)
