15 September 2014 it is depends on nominal share capital of the company.

(a) in respect of a company having a nominal share capital of upto 1,00,000.- Rs. 200

(b) in respect of a company having a nominal share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 or more but less than Rs.5,00,000.- Rs. 300

(c) in respect of a company having a nominal share capital of Rs. 5,00,000 or more but less than Rs.25,00,000- Rs. 400

(d) in respect of a company having a nominal share capital of Rs.25,00,000 or more but less than Rs. 1 crore or more.- Rs. 500

(e) in respect of a company having a nominal share capital of Rs. 1 crore or more.- Rs. 600

15 September 2014 1. delay More than 60 days and upto 90 days-6 times of normal filing fees

2. delay More than 90 days and upto 180 days- 10 times of normal filing fees

3. dealy More than 180 days and upto 270 days- 12 times of normal filing fees

15 September 2014 Form 20B need to be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM. Delay of more then 60 days you have to pay additional fees as mentioned above
