I HAVE FILED FINANCIALS, IT RETURN AND AUDIT REPORT ON 31.08.2025.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held within six months from the end of the financial year.
Considering your financial year ended on 31st March 2025, the AGM should be held by 30th September 2025.
The gap between two AGMs should not exceed 15 months.
Since you filed financials, IT return, and audit report on 31st August 2025, your AGM must be held on or before 30th September 2025 to comply with the law.
