is cancelation/fresh registration of articleship possible

04 September 2013 sir,i joined articleship just before 10 days.now i would like to join under new principal.if transfer is possible i would like to get transfer or if cancellation and new registration is possible then i would like to do the same.
are both transfer and cancellation(fresh registration) possible.if yes, suggest me the procedure of each alternative? and suggest me which one is better.

If you wanted to cancel/ transfer it is required to submit Form-109 with Institute. If you have already submitted Form-103 for article ship registration.

Submit Form-109 with Institute and take re registration with other principal.

04 September 2013 No provision for cancellation of articleship once form 1003 submitted because ou have executed 102 that you will work 3 years under employer.

But you can take transfer from articleship with form 109

04 September 2013 I will suggest you to visit to Institute and discuss the same. Thereafter they will not process your registration.
