can a member of icsi attest the online exam forms for ipcc?? plss reply soon..

For CA exams only member of ICAI shall make attestation of CA exams application forms and as well as all forms any other i.e registration forms etc...
I.e For CA only Member of ICAI shall make attestation others not permitted. However for some case gazetted officer also permitted. But for exam application only CA permitted.
So you didn't attest your IPCC exam form by member of ICSI.
