15 April 2015 dear Sir.. my frnd is doing articles in Bangalore.. due to food over there she got some ulcer type wounds .. normal treatment like using tablets didn't make her recover.. now doctors mandate a surgery to cut that wounds.. they said if she continue over Bangalore the problem will arise again with more pain.. this is her 18 th month of articles.. can she take transfer to Vijayawada from Bangalore.. ?? will institute permit this ?? what is the procedure?? please awaiting ur reply.. thank u..
