could anyone guide me while issuing COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE AND SEARCH REPORT to the company is it necessary to take management representation letter from the director of the company.

12 August 2012 ICSI's Guidance note on compliance certificate (August,2003) is silent on this issue. However, as a part of good governance, management representation letter may be sought for by the PCS.
