24 December 2013 I am having module of paper four company and allied laws which wqs applicable for nov 13. I want to know if i nee to buy new module dor may 14?

24 December 2013 no need to buy new for may 2014 as the co act 2013 is not applicable for may 2014 & all the ammnedmnets if any will be published by icai in RTP may 2014.

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
