28 May 2012 Can we purchase Furniture & Fixtures for our factory & Office premises from outside the State on Form 'C'? The factory is located in Haryana & we wish to buy F&F from Delhi on Form 'C' by paying 2%CST?

28 May 2012 Dear Vibhor,
As Per CST Act if your purchase any capitalise items and Non captialize items under CST ACt then you have liable to pay 2% CST,and provide C Form to Vendor agaist CST Billing

29 May 2012 But, is it mandatory that the Capital Goods(here F&F) to be purchased on 'C' Form must be pre-mentioned in your Central Registration Certificate (RC) & should be directly related to manufacturing or trading activity?
