WE HAVE DECIDED TO PURCHASE GREY YARN FROM TIRUPUR AND PROCESS WITH DYING AND THEN SELLING TO GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKING COMPANY'S. PLS HELP ME WHAT IS THE VAT RATE APPLICABLE IF YARN IS PURCHASED OR DYED YARN. IF ANY EXEMTION TO SELL TO GOVT COMPANY
