12 December 2013 i wrongly advice to my employer to paid more then 20,000/- in cash for party expenses.. please give suggestion what i do.. i know its my fault. but give suggestion with section

U/S 40A(3)a : - WHERE PAYMENT MADE FOR PLYING,HIRING OT LEASING GOODS CARRIAGES, THE PAYMENT SHALL MADE BY ACCOUNT PAYEE CHEQUE IF THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT EXCEEDS RS. 35000/- INSTEAD OF RS. 20000/- APPLICABLE ALL OTHER CASES

payment for exp will 100% disallowed and add in income of assesse above Rs. 20000/-

and 35000/- for transporter you can pay cash in one day.
