22 August 2012 Default in tds return due to wrong tan number in challan. Now, what is the solution? How to rectify this?

22 August 2012 Send a letter of request to bank and your ITO(TDS)for correcting the same.
Bank will change the TAN and this default will automatically resolve. Default will remain same then make a correction statement of particular return after the correction of TAN by bank into the challan.
