Wrong surname indication in itr4

17 April 2013 during the time of filing ITR4 of the assessee i had mention the name of the assessee which was before her marriage i.e.,wrongly mention her surname which was before her marriage and pan no which i had mention in ITR 4 of the assessee is includes name after her marrige.
However before marriage and after marrige PAN no is same only surname is changed during the time.And assessee hold the pan which includes surname after her marriage (PAN no is same in both cases)
Kindly suggest is their any problem will come in future from I.T Dept.

17 April 2013 Income Tax Department will consider only the name in PAN card. so, it would be appropriate to change the name in PAN card by producing copy of certificate signed by Magistrate, MLA, Municipal councillor or Gazetted Officer.
