Wrong section choosen to book tds

30 April 2013 Dear Sir,

We have deducted tds towards rent paid to the party under section 194j instead of 194I in financial year 2010-11. Now the party has recd the notice from IT regarding its explanation. So please suggest the remidy for the same.
