Wrong id card sent with articleship form

22 November 2012 I have sent a wrong id card which is not of my articleship registration form...now i m concerned about my articleship registration as i have not got any letter yet from institute....
Please tell me the solution for the same......do reply

22 November 2012 Write an apology letter to ICAI, along with the new (correct) id card and the xerox copies of earlier correspondence. Request for the fresh one.

22 November 2012 but the thing is i had misplaced my actual id card and hence sent another id which is not of my form...now i came to know that id card of actual form is relevant and not of another form....what's the solution??
