sir,
At 30.09.2012, i am file a itr but the problem is that i am not carefully check the bank balance but today whan i match our bank balance than it differnt at this stage what is i do what is the process to reset balance sheet i am not want to change profit figer than what i do if any if any process than pls send me reply
i am very thanks full the person which give ans. please solve my problem

Is you filed your income according to section 139(1) i.e filed with in due date. Then you can revise the return now and file with correct figure. And one more thing you are saying bank balance doesn't match so must and your other account balance(s) at the liability side or assets side also doesn't match. So rectify these both or more account and then file revised return if eligible. And then no question of changing of profit.
In case you identified difference between actual bank balance and submitted balance sheet bank balance is related to income then according to such income you can increase your expenditure.
So first identify why the difference if such difference can be adjusted according to the BRS i.e some of cheques received/paid, debited/credited by the bank on 31st March or later but in your books recorded or not recorded then you can adjust with that regarding BRS and show in next year balancesheet.
First check the reasons to different and then verify is BRS adjustment sufficient then no question of adjustment in submitted balancesheet. Or verify is sufficient to adjust balance sheet accounts then no problem.
First you follow the above process is you satisfied then okay otherwise please write the details regarding to different and which account attracted then we can suggest any thing, because of with out knowing facts regarding account and transactions we cann't say what the action required.
