I had filed my ITR for A.Y. 13-14 before due date...recently I noticed I didn't receive my refund bcoz my Bank A/c no was also incorrect and also the email id was wrong...as a result I didn't receive 143(1)...now since the time limit for revising return has elapsed...I can't revise it.. I have the options of rectification request and refund re-issue request. But I tried both of them..and the same are requiring me to enter last communication ref no. which is mentioned over intimation u/s 143(1) and not on Acknowledgement. As I said I didn't receive 143(1) hence the two remaining options are also not working.
