Wrong email id in itr

18 August 2015 Hello,

I had filed my ITR for A.Y. 13-14 before due date...recently I noticed I didn't receive my refund bcoz my Bank A/c no was also incorrect and also the email id was wrong...as a result I didn't receive 143(1)...now since the time limit for revising return has elapsed...I can't revise it..
I have the options of rectification request and refund re-issue request. But I tried both of them..and the same are requiring me to enter last communication ref no. which is mentioned over intimation u/s 143(1) and not on Acknowledgement. As I said I didn't receive 143(1) hence the two remaining options are also not working.

What can I do ? Please help

18 August 2015 Try to change the registered mail in Income tax dept.And try resend option.

19 August 2015 @Shijith but the acknowledgement etc are sent to the mail id mentioned in itr and not on login used email id.

19 August 2015 You can login into your IT website with registereed mail id.
From there You will get 143(1) copy.

If everything wont work, then write a letter to Jur AO and meet him for required details and correction.
