Wrong Deposit of TDS

my client has deposited TDS against salary correctly. Again he has wrongly deposited same amount under section 194B(winning from lottery).
How can he get refund of wrong deposit.

JUST WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR ITO/CIT TDS TO CHANGE THE SECTION IN HIS DATA BASE.

u file ur return as u hv correctly deposited the tds ,they will get the credit if u hv mention correct pan no.
