09 June 2014 i believe it is an old return as for last two years IFSC code is required instead of MICR.

if it is a refund case, then you need to file refund reissue request.

10 June 2014 agree with nikhil. If you have opted for ECS mode of refund, your refund will not be credited. But, I think, but not sure, in case of paper mode, there should not be problem.
