Write narration in exam is compulsory

27 April 2015 some of my friends said that narration are compulsory to be write in IPC account paper. on the other hand some others said that it is not necessary to write narration in the exam because it is a wasting of time in the exam .please solved my confusion about it. thanx in advance.
