13 August 2012 As per the new provisions in service tax incase of works contacts services, if there is a finishing work done in an existing contract then how much % abatement wud be available ?

16 August 2012 As per Rule 2A(ii)(B) service tax on finsihing services is payable on 60% of the amount charged for the works contract.
