if invester pays service tax on bill amount charged by developer or builder then whether investor can get credit of service tax paid by him?

The thumb rule for service tax input is either the full ST is paid or abatement is availed. Since the promoter charges ST on abated value of 25 / 30% the ST paid on this account is not admissible as Input Cenvat Credit.
