10 March 2015 what if in work contract vendor does not bifurgate service portion in invoice?is it fall under rcm?

10 March 2015 Service tax has to be paid on full value after availing abatement. If service is provided to body corporate business entity it will fall under RCM.

10 March 2015 in work contract there is material of rs.15000 and labour charge of rs 5000.but vendor generate bill of 20000 without bifurcation?what is our liability regarding rcm?

10 March 2015 You can pay Rs 20000*70%/2)*12.36%=865
