My client charges vat on 75% on net amount and also charges service tax on 70% net amount. He is work contracter and it is indivisible work.As per notification like 24,25,26,30/2012 is the treatment correct?if not then what is correct treatment.

If vat will be applicable then service tax does not apply. Both are not applicable.
