what is awarders return in sales Tax/Vat?Is it related with works contract?Please explain

It may be called as an awarders return. In the legal sense it may be the return to be filed by the work awarding pricipals regarding the TDS that is made in each month from the contractors' payment,showing details of tds from the dealers with their TIN no. amount etc...mjk
