we give spece to party he provide us the xerox copy service and he use his own xerox machine and paper, copany has charges him rent and electricity charges,
party charges xerox copy bill monthly. as he is an induvidual, and service not more than 10 lacs, he has not service tax reg. no. due to less than 10 lac annual service valu.
but company fall under the reverse charges ? and liable to pay service tax under RCM?
