24 December 2012 KINDLY SEND DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORKMEN COMPENSATION POLICY AND GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY. WHICH IS MORE BENEFICIAL FOR EMPLOYEES OF ANY FACTORY. AND ALSO TELL REIMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL EXPS IS DONE IN BOTH POLICY OR NOT. IN WHICH POLICY CLAIM SETTLEMENT IS EASY AND SPEEDY.

27 December 2012 As per Labour law if any accident happen in factory, then employer is liable to pay compensation for future life of worker.
Hence employer is taking wc Insurance policy for discharging his liability.
Premium of WC is very high.

GPA policy is for employees. Suppose employee is dead in accident or partial disabled, Ins company pay to him Insured amount.
Premium amt is very low as compared to WC.
Max 300-400 for 1 lacs

Reimbursement of medical exp not covered in both policy. (for This Mediclaim policy is available)
