can a person be considered as a working partner even if he is not getting any remuneration from the firm and therefore, due date u/s 139(1) 30/9 if the deed so provide that he is a working partner and will not get remuneration.

The issue is debatable for lack of clarity in the explanation to section 139(1). However, since the working partner is not being remunerated, there is no meaning in seeking time upto 30/09.

As per firm pertnersheep deed clearification a be considerd as a working partner after satisfied by the all partners.
