Dear Sir,
An individual who is a partner in a firm and firm is liable to audit u/s 44AB.
If such partner files his own return for the AY 2014-15 in ITR-4 on 10th October, then it would be return filed under due date
or
It would be belated return?
Please clarify.

Yes it will be treated as a filing with in due date as per CBDT Order dated 26.9.2014.
