01 May 2013 For company audir, some of the important working papers are:

1. Copy of Memorandum
2. Schedule of debtors
3. Auditors engagement letter defining the scope of audit
4. Stock certificates provided by the management for verifying stock taking process.
5. Previous years audit reports and balance sheets for reference purpose.
