Pls clarify as per sec 96 of companies act. 2013 maximum for how many hours An AGM can be hold,

12 January 2017 The AGM could be called between 9 am to 6 pm. No duration of AGM is prescribed. In my opinion AGM may continue until the Agenda is completed and to be safe side should end by 6 pm
