26 October 2023 My Client Doing Work Contract Service. I have Work Order Where Date Of Commencement Of work was IN Maharashtra VAT Taxation before june 2017 But Date Of Compulsion Of Work Was In GST Taxation Hence After June 2017 .


Now Deprt Send Notice To Client And Told Him To Pay Tax In GST Regime Not a VAT Regime .
