under which section of companies act, 1956 whether an advocate can witness signatures of subscribers in moa & aoa for incorporation of a private limited company

11 July 2012 The last page of the MoA and AoA need to be signed along with his address by another person as a witness. THe witness can be anyone, even a friend.
