Withholding tax reg.

Sir
X is purchaser of my property he paid withholding tax in behalf of me but unfortunately he wrongly mentioned his pan no as a seller instead of mine. Now refund is reflected in his name instead of mine. Please advice me how to correct this problem and claim the refund .

He has to correct the challan and correct TDS return.

At present, there is no online correction mechanism for form 26QB. Please contact ITO TDS for correction.
