Withholding tax reg.

27 January 2015 Sir X is purchaser of my property he paid withholding tax in behalf of me but unfortunately he wrongly mentioned his pan no as a seller instead of mine. Now refund is reflected in his name instead of mine. Please advice me how to correct this problem and claim the refund .
