withdrawing the money

I have jhan dhan account and i deposits RS 30,000/ in the case if i wants to withdraw some money from that so the bankers says u cant withdraw the said account money till January 1st, in that case I'm not deposited black money its my hard earned money. so tell me ur suggestion sir.

You can withdraw from Jan Dhan account but the withdrawal, as per RBI circular, is subject to maximum of Rs. 10k per month
