Whether any withdrawal from NSS ( National Savings scheme) is taxable ?

yes, it is taxable.

I think itis taxable only if it was 1987 scheme where we have taken deduction u/s 80cca. But if the scheme was 1992 scheme, where no deduction was available u/s 80cca, only interest is taxable and withdrawal from NSS is not taxbale.
