if winning from online games. cross 10000 after accumulation of small winnings wether tax is required to pay on that. and if TDs is deducted on 10000 winning which is not crossing 10000 how to claim refund because it's not crossing 10000

Not required to deduct TDS.
File IT return to claim TDS if deducted.
