Pls guide me in this matter
If we file IT Return for TDS Return of 07-08 & 08-09 both Year in this A.Y. 09-10.
Do we get the 07-08 TDS Refund.
Pls tell me Urgently.

yes u can get the refund for the return for the p/y 07-08 even if u file the return now along with the return for year ended 31.03.09
