Dear Expert,
Please clarify whether stamp duty and other expenses like maintenance, deposits with govt will be added to the sale consideration while computing 1% TDS u/s 194IA?

Yes... according to me stamp duty .. maintenance deposits with government both will be included while computing 1 % sale consideration u/s 194IA..

TDS @ 1% has to be on the 'consideration for transfer of immovable property' which obviously excludes stamp duty, maintenance charges etc.,
