Widening of tax base notice

25 November 2015 individual Assessee has been filing income tax returns from kolkata. However has been staying in Mumbai for last 5 years. Assessee receives notice at mumbai address for widening of tax base asking her to submit copy of last return filed. Any caution while submitting the copy of return to AO ? Anything else to be submitted ? Please resolve.

25 November 2015 Don't give copy of the return give only copy of the acknowledgement for filing the return. No other thing to be submitted.

25 November 2015 You mean to say submit only the intimation which specifies return has been filed. and no need to submit ITR - V. Right ?
