Why my co. not deposit salary into bank?

i have query regarding my co. doesn't deducted EPF and deposit salary in bank. the both cases related to each other ?

EPF is supposed to be deposited with EPFO...how do you receive salary on monthly basis?

NO epf will deducted if your basis salary up to rs. 6500 pm and company can give salary in cash up to Rs. 20000/- in a day to one person.
