why form 61a required to file

Can anyone update me reg. Sft form 61a...
If i raise every alternate day sale invoice in same name for an amt. of 1 lac each n receive cash every alternate day frm same person...do i need to report in 61a....under 114e ask to report if single transaction exceeds 2 lacs....need expert advise....

Splitting the transaction will fall under aggregation Rule you need to file form 61A.

No you dont require to report such transaction as same is not belongs to same transaction & raised on different days.
