Yes, if Sunday is your weekly off & you work on Sunday then you are entitle for compensatory off against the same or extra day pay if you could not take comp off.

Agree with expert.

It will depend on your principal.

If your principal deemed fit then he can give you additional stipend for this and it will be count as working day.

Suppose if i work on 4 sunday's in a month,and in next month i will take leave of 4 days,can i adjust the working sunday with that leave.
