25 May 2012 unmarried women adopted a child.she open a bank account in her(adopted Child) Name now bank demand pan card
as per pan card required fathers' name
so in this case how to make pan card without fathers' name.

25 May 2012 In case the father's name is not known, write mother's name. You will get the Card.
