29 November 2011 x, is a sole person, has no legal hier, died on 28th feb. 2011 at that time his assessable income was rs.1250000/-.he'd not deposit any advance tax during the period (a y 11-12)

tell me who is liable to deposit tax and file it return.

29 November 2011 Earning of X was good enough and if he is not having any of the so called bad habits, like our politicians have, he must had saved money. Tax due on his income can be recovered from his estate if he had left any.
