14 August 2011 respected sir.
i have one doubt in input vat credit.in bill 3 things in the there. one buyer, consinee, seller.in seller take output tax itsover. next in buyer & consinee who will take a input credit. payment made by buyer.

14 August 2011 It is the person who has paid the bill i.e buyer is eligible for input credit.
