15 September 2013 Taxmann Bare Act of Companies Act 2013 is already in market at the cost of Rs. 795.

I am using the same. It is very good and section wise comparison between new and old act is there.

Book of corporate professional (publication) is also available.

15 September 2013 I do not think Munish Bhandari can be very helpful for professional working.

However for students MB is the best.

I think MB takes too much time to be in ur hands.
