Whichis better, forming a trust or a private ltd company?

17 August 2012 Dear Sir/ madam,
one of my relation is planning to start a medical consultancy sort of work and drug marketing. Kindly advice, which is better,whether trust formation or private ltd company incorporation?
pls do also provide the merits and demerits of both the options.

17 August 2012 The bsiness motive should be carried out under COMPANY form of organisation. The GRATITUDE motive may be done under TRUST or sec 25 companies.
